Game Update 4.7 and KotFE’s finale are just days away, and the Dark vs Light event continues as part of the ongoing celebration of SWTOR’s fifth anniversary year. We discuss the new pack opening experience, EA’s latest quarterly earning results, and more.

3. Holofeed

• Game Update 4.7 is coming next week during regular maintenance on Tuesday, and will include the delayed Guss Tuno Recruitment mission.
• Conquests and the Priority Operation did not work this week. They’ll be fixed next week with Game Update 4.7.
• The first of five monthly Cartel Market sales as part of SWTOR’s celebration of its fifth anniversary year is 55% off the Zakuul Personal Dropship until 9 August. There’s also the SWTOR Character Collage project, asking players to send portraits of their characters that will be used to create a (presumably vast) collage.
• Game Update 4.7 will include the new pack opening experience, that will also work with the bound DvL packs received from the event, though will not applied retroactively to DvL or regular Cartel Market packs.
• Electronic Arts (EA) have held the earnings call for Q1 FY17 (April-June 2016).
• BioWare are closing all their game forums, except for SWTOR’s.
