Not much news, though we do know the Roadmap for the rest of the year will be revealed at the Community Cantina being held with NYCC. In our discussion, our guest Jonas discusses all things roleplaying.

Our guest is Jonas, a veteran roleplayer, whose mainly known by his character’s name, Iradox.
He has authored several in-character stories, and you can hear him do a dramatic reading of one of them here. His guild is The Nyâsh Directive on The Progenitor.

3. Holofeed
- The stickied post in the official forums listing which Conquest event is happening each week has been updated to include November.
- While the vastly increased CXP returns from daily areas has made them very popular, BioWare are considering spreading the largess around the game, ensuring that people do something other than dailies!
- The Roadmap for the rest of 2017 and early 2018 will be released in conjunction with the Community Cantina being held with NYCC (New York Comic-Con).
- The following class changes are coming in Game Update 5.5 on 10 October:
- The ISS mission patch for 2017 was developed in conjunction with Lucasfilm.
- The owner of Goebel Farms has added a Carrie Fisher-themed corn maze to his collection.

- 22 high resolution screenshots from The Last Jedi have been published. I’ve included a handful of my favorites below.
- J.J. Abrams is the new director of Episode IX, which apparently has pushed out its release date to 20 December 2019. He replaces Colin Trevorrow, its original director.
- Star Wars was released in Australia on 15 December 1977, many months after its premier in the US on 25 May.
4. Force Feedback
R2’s Rocket Ship operations group is running for all APAC players on The Harbinger on Saturday at 7.30pm NZST (5.30pm AEST) on the Empire side. Much fun for all! They’rll be starting off with Toborro’s Courtyard.
5. Sarlacc Digest
Jonas describes the voluntary demise of the current premier site for SWTOR roleplaying, and introduces the new home for its roleplayers: Progenitor RP (progenitor-rp.enjin.com). He also answers some of Chill’s questions about roleplaying in SWTOR.
He recommends Swtorista’s episode of The Academy on “How to roleplay”.
