3. Holofeed

  • The first subscriber promotion for 2018 is the Share your Love of SWTOR with friends campaign, running until 27 March.
  • BioWare is considering making in-game events happen more often and/or concurrently, though no change will happen in the short- to medium-term.
  • Keith has published his latest roadmap, that takes us through to April.
  • The fifth and last encounter in the Gods of the Machine Operation, Izax, will offer unique rewards if defeated between Game Update 5.8 (13 March) and Game Update 5.9 (April).
  • Izax is being released with Story and Veteran modes, but its Veteran has been tuned such that it’s effectively Master mode (i.e., “hardmare”).
  • Game Update 5.9 will also include class balance changes.
  • EA has submitted its form 10-Q (quarterly report), with no mention of SWTOR (positive or negative).
  • Three more Star Wars movies are planned, this trilogy being helmed by the producers of the Game of Thrones TV series.
